Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Lufsa ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Description of Service
Lufsa is a step tracking application for iOS devices that:
- Tracks your daily steps using Apple HealthKit
- Provides goal setting and progress tracking features
- Displays achievements and maintains streak counters
User Requirements
To use Lufsa, you must:
- Own an iOS device compatible with the App
- Grant HealthKit permissions for step data access
- Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
- Use the App in accordance with these terms
Permitted Use
You may use Lufsa for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the App
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App data or systems
- Share, distribute, or republish the App without authorization
Health Data and Accuracy
Lufsa uses Apple's HealthKit to access step count data. Please note that:
- Step tracking accuracy depends on your device's sensors and HealthKit
- The App is for informational and motivational purposes only
- Step counts may not be 100% accurate and should not be relied upon for medical purposes
Pricing and Subscriptions
Lufsa offers subscription-based access with the following options:
- Monthly subscription
- Yearly subscription
- 7-day free trial for new users
Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's Terms of Service for in-app purchases.
Free Trial
New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. The trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple's App Store support. We do not process refunds directly. Apple's standard refund policies apply to all purchases.
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information. Key points:
- All data is stored locally on your device
- We do not collect, share, or sell your personal information
- No third-party services have access to your data
Intellectual Property
Lufsa and all related content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the developer and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
Disclaimers
Lufsa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted
App Store Terms
Your use of Lufsa is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail.
Updates and Changes
We may update the App and these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Termination
You may stop using Lufsa at any time by deleting the App from your device. You can always also cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store.
