Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Lufsa
How does step tracking work?
Lufsa uses your iPhone's built-in step counter through HealthKit. Make sure to allow HealthKit permissions when prompted. Your steps are automatically synced throughout the day.
Why isn't Lufsa tracking my steps?
Make sure you've granted HealthKit permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Data Access & Devices > Lufsa. Also ensure your iPhone is with you while walking.
How do I change my daily step goal?
Go to the Settings tab and tap on 'Daily Step Goal'. You can adjust it to any number that challenges you appropriately.
What are the different Lufsa moods?
Lufsa has 5 moods based on your progress:
- Sleeping (0-20%): Completely tired
- Yawning (20-40%): Still drowsy
- Happy (40-50%): Standing but not fully motivated
- Walking (50-99%): Walking with a smile
- Excited (100%+): Cheering with victory!
How do streaks work?
A streak counts consecutive days where you meet your daily step goal. If you miss a day, your streak resets to 0. Streaks are a great way to build consistency!
How do I unlock achievements?
Achievements are unlocked automatically when you meet their requirements. These can be daily step goals, total steps, streaks, or best single days. Check the Trophies tab to see your progress!
Can I see my step history?
Yes! Go to the Stats tab to see your calendar view with daily step counts and moods. Tap on any day to see detailed information about that day.
How do I add the Lufsa widget to my home screen?
Go to Settings tab > Home Screen Widget > Setup Widget for a step-by-step guide. Or: long press your home screen → tap + → search 'Lufsa' → select Lufsa widget → tap Add Widget.
